Dave Snider is a project management consultant and trainer with over 35 years of experience leading complex projects in the high technology industry. Dave thrives in discovering innovative methods to deliver exceptional business results. As part of Hewlett Packard's printer business, he led projects and programs to expand (and sometimes contract) technology development and manufacturing capability in North America, Europe, and Asia. In the largest corporate separation, in 2015 he co-led a global workstream to separate Hewlett Packard into two distinct companies of HP, Inc. and the new Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Dave holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University and an M.S. in Management in Science & Technology from Oregon Health & Science University. He is also a certified Project (PMP) and Program (PgMP) Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.
