Robin Hornby M.Sc. PMP (ret'd) began his career in the UK as a systems engineer. Moving to Canada in 1977, he worked in the telecommunications sector before embarking on his project management career, ultimately becoming national delivery manager for a major US software vendor. Robin taught the PMBOK curriculum, presented widely at PMI Conferences, and has delivered keynotes at clients’ symposia. His current interests concern aspects of project management he believes are neglected – commercial practice, collaborative methods, and PM leadership to achieve project quality. His forthcoming book, A Concise Guide to Project Collaboration is to be published early 2023 and other recent titles are listed in Projectbite Books.
