Mike Edwards works with people who are tired of their status quo. Mike started his career in software development but found his passion while leading teams. Mike spent nearly fifteen years as a project manager before stumbling into the world of Agile. Mike has spent the past ten years as an Agile Coach, working with leaders and teams who are ready for something better. Mike is the author of "Activate your Leadership," Host of the videocast "Empowered Until Further Notice," and co-host of the "Open Door Podcast." Mike is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CTI), Professional Certified Coach (ICF), Leadership Graduate (CTI), Organizational and Relationship Systems Coach (CRR Global), Responsibility Mentor (The Responsibility Company), and IC-Agile Expert-Agile Coaching (IC Agile). Mike is also a faculty member of the Agile Coaching Institute Competency Cohort Program and the Responsility.com Immersion program.
