Brian Cohn is a 40 year veteran of developing products through projects for defense, medical, consumer, and industrial applications. His roles over the years have included design engineering, project management, product management, PMO leadership, and product development process steward.
He brings a mindset of continuous improvement to everything he does from starting the first Quality Circle for engineering practices at a large aerospace company to running a project office to coaching for continuous improvement of the product development system from within a large international business to business company.
