Aina Alive (Founder, Bee Agile) is an award-winning problem solver, speaker and communicator who has spent two decades running projects and turning complex transformations into tangible results across industries in North America and Eastern Europe.
She works at the intersection of AI, decision-making, and emotional intelligence — studying how people make consequential decisions when systems become too complex to fully see.
Aina has guided executives through rapid growth, conflict, and organizational pivots, bringing structure and clarity when situations stop fitting neatly into management playbooks.
Beyond consulting, she contributes to PM World Journal, curated The Strategy & Execution Hub — a global community of more than 4,000 decision-makers — and hunts projects globally, exploring how leadership, technology, and power structures evolve together.
She also led The Evolution of the PMO: Rise of the Chief Project Officer, an international book challenge that united 40 authors across six continents.
