Use this checklist to introduce ProjectBites to your members and begin generating participation.
Before You Launch
1. Choose a ProjectBites chapter contact
Identify one volunteer who will receive ProjectBites updates and promotional material. This person does not need to create content—ProjectBites will provide material that can be used immediately.
2. Confirm how members will access ProjectBites
Make sure your chapter team understands the registration and sign-in process so it can be explained clearly to members.
3. Add ProjectBites to your website
Create a permanent ProjectBites page or place a link within the professional-development or member-benefits section of your website.
4. Add ProjectBites to your member-benefits list
Position ProjectBites as an ongoing professional-development benefit included with chapter membership.

Launch Week
1. Send the member launch email
Use the ready-to-send email included in this kit. The message should come from the chapter so members immediately recognize its value as a chapter benefit.
2. Include ProjectBites in your newsletter
Use the supplied newsletter copy and include a direct link to the platform.
3. Post the launch announcement on social media
Use the supplied graphic and social-media wording on LinkedIn and your other chapter channels.
4. Ask chapter leaders to mention ProjectBites
Include a brief ProjectBites announcement at the next chapter meeting, webinar or event.
During the First Month
Promote the next ProjectBites LIVE event
1. ProjectBites LIVE gives members a specific reason to visit the platform and is one of the best ways to build initial participation.
2. Feature one recommended presentation
Choose a timely presentation or learning path and promote it as the chapter’s “ProjectBite of the Month.”
3. Remind members that eligible learning can earn PDUs
Make the professional-development value clear whenever ProjectBites is promoted.
4. Invite member feedback
Ask members what subjects they would like to see featured and which presentations they have found most useful.
