The 3 Communication Traits of Champion Project Managers. The most successful athletic coaches at the little league, high school, college and professional levels all communicate with a very distinct style. Viewers will learn that the three traits combine into four different communication style tendencies that they need to be aware of. At the end of this session viewers will know which of the three traits are their strongest and which is their achilles heel to work on to become the best communicator they can be so that they can build high levels of trust and respect to drive the results they need.
