Yes! Communication is really a team sport. Without proper communication within the team, and around the team, project success is much more difficult. In this video, I will show you how to talk to people in their own personality language or communication style. I am going to show you aspects of a great personality coding system that has helped me immensely when communicating to people on and around my project teams, and in my life!

James Armstrong-PMP has been in the Information Technology business for 40+ years, of which, 20+ of those years he has owned and operated his own Project Management Consulting company – Armstrong Systems & Consulting Inc. He currently focuses his efforts as a Senior Project / Program Manager, applying best practices to medium and large size projects and programs for organizations, notably for the financial, energy, logistics, automotive, casino gaming, and retail industries. James has been involved with the establishment and management of Project Management Offices (PMO) for companies since the mid 1990’s. His involvement has been from the establishment of PMOs in organizations to management of the PMO and participating Project Managers. Regardless of whether he is part of a PMO or heading up an important project, he always contributes best practices to client PMOs and project teams, whether it is via project experiences and improved best practices or through Project Management and Delivery Focus Groups. He understands the importance of sharing current, relevant, and timely experiences, training and education for the Project Management and Project Delivery community and is always interested in helping others to succeed. And… just for fun, James has been teaching and training in the Martial Arts for over 35 years. He currently holds a 6th degree black belt in Kung-Fu and Karate. During his studies he has trained and taught with some of the top Kung-Fu and Karate instructors in North America. At the request of his Grand Master, James was asked to incorporate and assume the prestigious position of President of the Canadian Karate Kung-Fu Association (CKKA) from 2009 to 2012. A definite honour in the Martial Arts world.
