Project Management assessments help PM Offices and Companies assess their project management capability in complying with standard policies and procedures.
There are three assessment groups:
- Corporate – KPIs and Policy
- Methods – Current methodologies to deliver project success
- Delivery – Team and individual performance and the health of the projects
Each assessment presents activities that, when put in place, support and improve an organization's project outcomes. The process involves rating each compliance step as In Place, Started, No Action, or Not Applicable based on the organization's project management needs.
Each assessment is supported by standard PM methods that guide the user on how to improve their execution of projects. These procedures can be downloaded in Word format for the PM Office to track their work offline while putting each process requirement in place.
Organizations will be reminded each calendar quarter to update their state of compliance for assessments they have chosen to put in place.

Additional support can also be acquired from our 100+ professional PM Coaches. They are available, on a fee basis, to help users move forward and accomplish their PM goals, improving project outcomes from a time, cost, and scope perspective.
The KPI assessment is recommended as a starting place for each organization. It provides the user with a benchmark covering the full scope of project management disciplines and is complimentary to get things started.
Over time, the PM Office can track quarterly progress for an annual assessment fee of $75 as they improve their PM capabilities.
Note that each assessment is available for $75 per annum. Team member assessments can be acquired for a bundled price.
