This video is the last of the tender document series. We will look at what is “Not Included In The Work”, Drawings and Standards, General Conditions, CCDC Contracts, and a document called Special Conditions For Site Contractors. Sections of this video are from different projects so you can see how the Tender Document can be modified to suit your project. 

Keep in mind, in this cut and paste world, as the project manager you and your team will be the ones who have to sort out any problems with the Tender Documents. Do not assume the information from periphery groups, like procurement and lawyers, is suitable for your project. You or your team members need to review all the documents in the Tender Document to make sure that what you are sending out is correct for your project.
