It is fair to say that we have a problem with quality. We have hard time defining what quality is; we struggle agreeing on a consistent view of priorities and performance; we often neglect to incorporate sufficient quality measures; and unfortunately – too often – the (poor) results show: unhappy customers, product-related problems, recalls, and waste are way too common. This session brings awareness around key elements of project quality management, and it serves as an eye-opener, by providing a unique view on how to apply quality concepts – both to the product, as well as to the our project management processes.
