As part of our (growing, and increasingly desperate) need to improve quality and to reduce waste and problems, we need to look for ways to become more proactive, and to identify, address and intercept problems and issues that are quietly brewing – before they actually negatively impact our project’s product. Project health is naturally an extension of quality management; but it is also closely linked with risk management (being proactive and preventive), reporting, communication, and stakeholder engagement. It ultimately integrates with virtually every aspect of the project. This session helps identify interim, and less tangible aspects of project performance, that if properly identified and measured, can provide a proactive view of project trends and performance.
