Do your product teams truly understand why they use Scrum? Many teams consider Scrum a formal project management methodology that helps deliver customer requirements faster. And when projects struggle, they assume the answer is to gather better, more detailed requirements before development begins. They don’t realize that Scrum is a tool that helps more deeply discover their customer’s requirements and needs while the product is being built. In this talk, I provide a visual simulation of how Scrum should be used to rapidly learn from and incorporate customer feedback.
