As a project manager, we may deliver the requested product on-time and on-budget, but are we successful if that new product isn’t successfully transitioned effectively into operations? Are stakeholders ready for the new product and prepared to change how they do things? This session looks at how project managers need to focus not only on delivering a final product into operations, but also plan and monitor the transition of the final product to ensure the necessary outcomes or changes are in place to realize the intended strategic benefits.
