Communication Creep: How to Stay on POINT!
Managing communications on a project requires constant, sustained effort. As PM’s, we should never assume that the messages we send are interpreted the same way they were intended as there are simply too many factors that can adversely affect the message. This Project Bite will highlight the responsibility of the communicator to stay on point by planning the message, remaining open to feedback, using emotional intelligence to ensure the message is received accurately and to allow for the time it might take for that message to be understood.
