Have you ever looked in the side mirror of your car and noticed the “Warning: Objects Are Closer Than They Appear” label?  Sometimes you heed that warning when changing lanes.  Other times, you’re met with a horn letting you know you’ve misjudged how close someone is.  The same can be true for project dates.  How many times have you heard “We have plenty of time to get that done!”, only to have the date sneak up on you?  Every project should come with the message “Warning: Dates On The Calendar Are Closer Than They Appear.”  In this Bite I’ll give you some tips to help your team see that too.
