Building Agile Fences

Ever heard that Agile is for software development only? Have you ever had the realization that the Agile concepts are used frequently by Project Managers, even if they are not deliberately using the full Agile methodology, simply because of the efficiencies they bring to a project?

The reality is that the Agile principles have a wide range of use, well beyond a specific area (such as Software development), and when properly applied, can help deliver on the intended project value.
