David has enjoyed a 30-year career in the project management business that has led him to create this education portal.

Most recently he has been a professional speaker specializing in project leadership and strategy 

execution. He is also a regular blogger, podcast host, author, and education advisor with Schulich Executive Education Centre, Schulich School of Business, York University and the founder of the Masters Certificate in Project Management at Schulich. 

David’s career includes the creation and directing of a project management conference business: ProjectWorld and Project Summit, a training company, a software development firm, a speaker bureau and a project management portal called ProjectTimes.com.

He is the author, co-author or ‘compiler’ of 7 books including: ‘The Power of The Plan’, two versions of ‘The Keys to Our Success’, ‘Leadership Perspectives’ and ‘7 Elements of Strategy Execution’..

Scott rejoins David at ProjectBites to bring its educational and advisory services to North America’s corporate community.

Scott is a senior management consultant and project manager who employs a commonsense approach in improving how things are done. He does this by listening to people on how processes can be improved to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and drive profit for their organization. Scott is a strong advocate of recognizing that project management skills and its disciplines have a broad application in the execution and realization of a going concerns corporate objectives and success.

Scott employed project management as a tool to map, reengineer and implement improved corporate processes. Successes with these skills resulted in positive outcomes with Abbott Canada, Caterpillar, Loblaw Companies, National Grocers, and in the public sector Natural Resources Canada, Department of National Defense (Army, Air Force, and Defense Head Quarters), Federal Prosecution Services, Aboriginal Affairs, Industry Canada, Global Affairs and Canada Post.
